Mare Nostrum Elements has received two grants from the Queens Council on the Arts with public funding from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs; as well as funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered by the Queens Council on the Arts for The Young Wave!
A third grant by JP Morgan Chase Arts Foundation will be used to strengthen and stabilize our organization.
An independent panel also recommended MNE for inclusion in QCA’s 2012 Build Your Own Business Program to help us meet our artistic and fiscal goals.
