Our first children outreach program—The Young Wave!—is made possible (in part) by the QCA with public funding from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs; as well as funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered by the Queens Council on the Arts.
The third grant by JP Morgan Chase Arts Foundation will be used to strengthen and stabilize our organization by hiring a grant writer/development consultant.
An independent panel also recommended MNE for inclusion in QCA’s 2012 Build Your Own Business Program to help us meet our artistic and fiscal goals.
